The Revere Golf Club is the perfect location for your next corporate event, dinner party, holiday party, or wedding. Our new 23,000 + square foot clubhouse is home to Buckman’s restaurant and bar, along with flexible banquet facilities which can accommodate groups of all sizes. The panoramic views from our restaurant and banquet rooms is spectacular as the entire length of the clubhouse features floor to ceiling glass...providing one of the most spectacular panoramic vistas of the Las Vegas Valley and the Las Vegas Strip.

Terms and Conditions

Reservations:
Rooms may be booked up to one year in advance. Reservations will be based on room availability and in accordance to banquet facility policies. A minimum of two hours is required for all room reservations. The Revere reserves the right to deny facility use as it deems appropriate. Guests are required to adhere to the rental times specified on the contract. Should the event continue after or begin prior to the contracted time, additional room charges will apply.

Guarantee:
In arranging for functions, the attendance must be definitely specified and communicated at least 3 business days in advance. This number will be considered a final guarantee, not subject to reduction. All food charges are based on client’s guarantee of attendance or the actual number of guests served, which ever is greater. The attendance listed on the contract will automatically become the guarantee if the catering office if not advised by the 3rd business day deadline.

Confirmation:
Reservations will be confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit.

Deposits:
A $1,500 deposit is required for all events consisting of 80 guests or more. Said deposit will go toward all fees associated with the event.

Cancellation Fees:
Deposits are non-refundable. The event may be transferred to a future date that’s within 90 days of the original date. Cancellations 30 days or less from the contracted date will be subject to pay 50% off the contracted revenue.

Payments:
Are required to be made in full three (3) working days prior to the event in the form of cash, money order or credit card. Personal checks will only be accepted at least two weeks prior to the function. Any additional event charges shall be billed at the conclusion of the event and are due upon presentation of the invoice. Any discrepancy in the billing amount must be brought to our attention within 3 days.

Rental Rates:
All prices are guaranteed once the Client and the Director of Catering have signed the event date contract.

Menu:
Your menu selection should be submitted to the Catering Department no less than four (4) weeks prior to your scheduled event. Any menu changes made less than five (3) business days prior to the event will be subject to a $200.00 surcharge. All food and beverage must be provided by the Revere Food & Beverage Department, with the exception of wedding cakes.

The Revere will charge a $1.50 per person to cut and serve all wedding cakes not included in the package.

Beverage:
Nevada Alcohol Beverage Commission requirements shall be strictly adhered to. No alcoholic beverages of any kind may be brought onto property without the expressed written permission of Management. Management will impose a “corkage fee” plus gratuity and sales tax on all alcoholic beverages that are not provided by our establishment. Last call for beverage service will be given thirty minutes prior to scheduled time for the event to end.

Damages and Liabilities:
Client hereby acknowledges that the client assumes all liability for any loss of or damage to any of client’s merchandise or articles used at the facility whether such loss occurs prior to, during, or following client’s functions.
Client shall be solely responsible for and shall immediately reimburse The Revere for any damage to the premises caused by client, client’s guests, invitees, employees, independent contractors or other agents of customer that are greater than the damage deposit paid with this contract.

Customer shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless The Revere against any and all claims, losses, damages or liability arising out of or related to customer’s functions irrespective of whether such claim, loss, damage or liabilities arise from active or passive activity.

Function Rooms:
Function rooms are assigned by the guaranteed minimum number of people anticipated. The Revere reserves the right to change groups to a room suitable for the attendance should the attendance drop. No tacks, nails or adhesives are to be used to affix any signs, banners or decorations to the walls. If on the day of the event, the contact changes the room setup as specified on the catering contract, a minimum $50.00 labor charge will be posted to the bill. The throwing of rice, birdseed or confetti is prohibited anywhere on the Revere premises.

Personal Property:
The Revere shall not be responsible for any items left behind after an event. It is the responsibility of the party to collect all items and transport them to and from the Revere unless prior arrangements have been made.
