Facility Use Charges include: color coordinated linens, decorative buffet displays (if applicable), set-up & breakdown, and a ceremony rehearsal date (if applicable).
This pricing is for Saturdays; up to 50% discounts on ceremony sites only are available for other days.
Facility use charges are subject to reduction if certain revenue minimums are met.
Ceremony and Reception fees are for 5 hours.
Ceremony Site ~ $1,500
Includes: chairs, wedding arch, unity candle pedestal, aisle runner,
set-up, breakdown, and coordinator.
Bridal Changing Room- Available 2.5 hours prior to the ceremony time.
Rehearsal Included- Conducted on a prior day scheduled by the Director of Catering
Washington Reception Rooms (150 person minimum to waive) ~ $500
